We need host families for the children who come to the United States for medical treatment. Almost every child has different needs and it takes a special family to care for a child who is sick, frightened and unfortunately does not speak English. Although host families do not receive any money, Mending Kids International serves as a support network to help with the emotions and logistics involved with hosting a child. Please become a MKI member and log on to view all the children approved by Doctors to come to US for treatment. The following children need a Host family to help care for them while undergoing treatment. Then they will be returned to their country and family with a new chance at a healthy long life. Be a part of a Miracle. (Average care time 3 months).Log on here to view children you can help. (make a button to log on)Host Family Requirements to become a host family in Southern California only:
